Naboso, a family-run winery in Moravia, Czech Republic, is dedicated to organic and biodynamic viticulture, focusing on indigenous grape varieties and minimal intervention winemaking. The 2022 Zore is a blend of Neuburger and Welschriesling, sourced from vineyards with loess and clay soils, which contribute to the wine’s unique character.
The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. A portion of the wine is aged in neutral oak barrels, adding complexity without overpowering the fruit profile. Zore exhibits aromas of white flowers and stone fruits, with a crisp acidity and a mineral-driven finish, reflecting the terroir of Moravia.
